Delivery Information

Any purchase made on any given day of the week between Monday to Friday inclusively will be scheduled for delivery on the Saturday of the same week. We will place you purchase order id onto our scheduling calendar for readily tracking. We reserve 24 hours to have you order placed in our scheduling calendar. The order in which the scheduled devilries will take place is subject to change and we are not responsibility or liable for any inconvenience , cost etc. it can arise for the client.

The order in which we will deliver the purchased items is subject to change without notice prior delivery date. Thus we are not committed to have it delivered in certain order or/and time of the day. It is your responsibility to check the calendar regularly for any schedule updates. The final schedule delivery order will be made on early Saturday morning. In the event of statutory holiday on Saturday the delivery day will be on next business day. See our company deliveries calendar for details.

We do deliveries for GTA clients only. We deliver to GTA cities in Halton, Peel, York, City of Toronto and Durham regions. See Map

There is flat delivery fee of 30 CAD plus tax once your completed you online purchase. We don't allow local pickups. We do orders deliveries only.

Make sure there is someone to pick up your order with your purchase order document and government id to confirm the identity of the buyer. If the delivery driver don't obtain valid government id confirming your identity and the purchase order document he will be not be permitted to deliver your order.

There is 25% restocking fee for undelivered orders.

Any material are delivered at ground level. All deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway. The delivery driver will not physically move or carry products for client desired location other than already mentioned above.Deliveries normally occur on Saturdays or next business day if Statutory holiday between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted to confirm your phone and delivery address. We will ask you for a day-time telephone number and/or mobile telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary on the day of delivery.
